I just got a call from one of the oncologists. His blood culture came back positive again, same bacteria. He has an infection. This means no surgery.
He'll be going home tomorrow and be given antibiotics at home. Surgery will probably be sometime next week.

It's a good thing they kept testing! Hopefully Andy will go from home right to the hospital for surgery. He'll be in a better frame of mind and so will you guys. BTW, Joe has a movie to watch with you when you get home today, Transformers. He thought it was "really cool". Andy will probably like it too. Love you guys! Mom
Yes, this Aunt knows all about the nodule thing. It's nothing to worry about.
